Kane, Richarlison, Son, Kulusevski, Maddison, Solomon covering 3 spots?

unless Maddison is seen as a CM option meaning Gil stays as 1 of the 6 needed for the 3 attacking spots.

Both of those player would need to start. You don’t sign both and sit one on the bench.

We’ll sign 2 CBS. One as a starter. The other will be a backup player.

So maybe Tapsoba and Tosin from Fulham who can cover both CBS

Nah, smart signing on a free transfer. In just a few PL games for Fulham he matched the combined goal contribution of Lucas, Danjuma, Richarlison and Kulusevski.

This is the type of player that is worth taking a punt on. We already have a loaded attack and it doesn't make sense to spend big on that area. No real downside to this one, just because you've never seen him play doesn't make him shit.

This is just a cope, he is a terrible signing.

why didn’t Fulham keep him then ?
 
if Maddison is considered one of the 3 cms we currently have

Maddison, Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sarr, Skipp, Lo Celso, Ndombele

3 would probably need to be sold (2 minimum).

I'm sure if we hadn't made a move then Fulham would have signed him instead.

We already have Kane, Son, Kulusevski, Richarlison, Maddison and Gil in attack. We were never going to spend big on another attacker. Solomon will round out the attacking options nicely. If he does flop, then he was free so it won't hurt us the way that Richarlison and Gil have.
