And here's the thing I want both gone but, I think if Sanches had been indulged with consistent game time no matter how shit ( with the rather stranger ability of our home fans to only see the errors in some types of player) I think we lose less games. You didn't read the stuff about Sanches nick name and how well liked and respected he is? He was one of the first to publicly support Dele. They both need to go and Dier's loud voice is actually part of the problem. An NFL coach explicitly said to me people who have leadership roles in teams that have failed over an extended period are a very real source of concern and need to be excised ditto Loris PEH and possibly even Harry Kane. I fully buy into his opinion. The point I'm making g is Dier is no better despite having been given time and consistent games to get a rhythm. A luxury the Colombian did not get.

CB should have been the first singings. Ange should spend 90% of his entire pre-season on drilling the CBs on his style. I.e. first touch, short passing, and movement. The attack is far less important, nice to have Maddison and Solomon, but we scored plenty without them last season.
