Very poor planning today from the club imo, must have known the weather was going to be bad this time of year and still risked it for, what I would assume to be, commercial reasons.

Preseason is about being prepared and fit and also giving the manager a chance to implement his philosophy on the players in match day situations.

Still need at least one top quality CB (two if I am being honest) and we also have the Kane situation dragging on.

If we go into the season without signing a decent CB I really do believe that the shit will hit the fan, we can't just outscore teams.

Co-incidence, shit happens.

This is what i cant understand. He was getting pelters towards the end of the season, he has one last opportunity to try and keep Kane happy by showing we're serious and surely one last chance to back yet another manager and it all just seems so half hearted. He must know whats coming his way if we struggle again. Its bizzare behaviour.
It always seems half hearted lol. Perhaps Levy wont turn up to home matches lol

A lot of it i agree, certainly around the late signings but he's never had grief like last season before and the Kane situation as well should have focused their minds to get serious quickly but it just seems to be 'business as usual'. I guess its just complete arrogance or he really has lost the plot.
He’s lost the plot. I’m not sure he was every really on it but certainly seems to be utterly clueless and lacking focus

Groundhog Day. Another beige season ahead, might overachieve and compete for the CL - might finish top half. So uninspiring and so undeserving of the support of the fan base. No plan, no structure, no vision or bold strategy - plodding alone like a plucky club that’s just been promoted and happy to make up the numbers

Not a bad side and some real potential but clearly lacking 2 or 3 stellar signings. The manager seems a great fit but Do a bit more for once, we aren’t a low margin retailer

If I were an opposition manager, I’d be really looking forward to playing against Spurs if they don’t sort out the glaring deficiencies at the back.

Levy, get those transfers for new defenders over the line.

The only Levy scenario I can stomach is if Munn comes in and shakes things up and we start to see a credible path to winning, with Levy retreating into boardroom obscurity. But in reality I can't see it - Levy will always find a way to interfere. He can't help himself. He is now the problem, the 'specialist in failure' at Spurs, not the managers or the players.

100%. He’s a disaster, reaching retirement age and the one trick pony is regressing even further as other clubs further advance. Great job at maximising revenue, utterly clueless at football operations and leadership
