It's why I thought the criticism of Son last season was really harsh. Yeah performance wise he didn't have his best season, but at least the guy has shown a massive amount of loyalty to us.
Fans want loyalty, yet will say Kane needs to leave to win a trophy and will be happy to see him do it.

Fairly relaxed about this, i think he deserves to be competing at the highest level and we're way off that. It just needs to be sorted before the season starts, we need to get at least £85m and i really hope they have some idea what they're going to do with that money.
Even if he got injured and was out of contract you would hope we do the right thing and see to his treatment and rehab. He’s a club legend FFS.

He could get injured at any time, at home, in training, in a game, I don’t think players really worry about career-ending injuries any more than they worry about the plane crashing on the preseason tour.

This idiot is one of the reasons Kane might be leaving. We needed to reshape the team around the likes of Kane and blew it.
If we had invested in the team properly and strategically rather than wasting £100m+ on bad buys like Ndombele and Lo Celso then we might have kept our best players. All what ifs ofc.
