£90m plus add ons would put it to circa £115-120m…. still a min of circa £20m less than they’re offering.

Given the likes of Vlahovic and Muani seem to be a no go and the reported youngsters being Orban and Johnson, I would be keeping Kane for the season. If we do well he may extend, if not he will leave but he’ll have hopefully helped us achieve some form of European qualification.

Whereas if we signed either another quality forward or wide player then I wouldn’t be too disappointed if we lost Kane for circa £100m. Johnson and Orban despite being talented are extremely raw… they might pop up with a few goals but they’re not going to frighten the opposition or make a dent in the goals we will lose by selling Kane.

You lose a 10/10 (Kane), be satisfied with an 8/10 (Muani etc) but disappointed with a 6/10 at best (Johnson).
30m of addons would be insane, I was thinking more like 10m.

Just spent the best part of 14 hours getting home from holiday which mostly involved sitting in a taxi, sitting on a plane and sitting in the car.

And it appears all that sitting stpinr is more than Spurs have achieved today.

Depressing to think it has come to this with regards to Kane. He always alluded that if Spurs matched his ambition then he was more than willing to stay, but Levy and Spurs have failed miserably in that dept. Yes he had chances in big games to make a difference, but the chances were few and far between over ten yrs, esp when he sees many lesser colleagues reeling in silverware.
Hard to know now whether to get stuck between the rock or the hard place. On one hand he goes to Bayern, out of premiership, for a large sum , but can we trust our overlords to spend it wisely, or spend it at all?
If he stays he may be unsettled, get injured, but with the lack of ambition in the current transfer market then very likely he joins another prem club this time next yr, at least at Bayern that is off the table....it's a no win situation that has evolved under Levy and for that he must take responsibility, but we all know he won't.

The one consistency under levy is no win.

See where playing davies gets spurs. Not good enough for years. Still you keep your head in the sand.
