Uncle Brad did well for a old man ... plus, isn't he supposed to have the worst penalty saving record in England?

2 saves and he dived at the correct side of the ball multiple times.
Maybe if he was a little younger, he coulda saved some more. :harrysmile:
 
Finally got around to watching extended highlights. I had to leave at halftime of the extra time and avoided spoilers. Very intense game for the matchup.

I could watch Siggy's goal for an hour and still be entertained.
 
Just got home, fair play to Block J, had me and most of Block H in stitches with the shoes off and Jeremy Kyle renditions. Made a great night even better.

I don't even thing we played ugly football today. Sure it looked at bit static at times, but some of the 1 2s that we played were genius and our pressing was beautiful. Football doesn't always have to be about vertical balls and breaking at top speed. A patient buildup with a great pass to end, and tight pressing to win it back if we lose it is even better for me. Sure we're still lacking the end product at times but you can't expect a line up with so many new players to play these intricate passes right away. Its definitely getting there though. You probably wont even agree with this but thats my opinion anyways. I love the way we're playing under AVB. There is so much potential in it and it can only get better from here. The best part about him isn't even on the pitch. He's got the team believing that they'll win. We won a penalty shoot out for gods sake. Just enjoy the win and think about the positives, although I guess you're incapable of doing that.
 
2 things ...

1. Walker is a beast. Unstoppable stamina; went up and down till the end.
2. Kaboom is a beast. Lasted 120 minutes coming back after an injury.
