Odd one, both he and Ramsdale are good. Don't think Raya is a significant upgrade, or elite. I'd assume he has a chance at winning the starting role if they're spending that money on him, I do think he's a bit better than Ramsdale

Tell billy Bob he’ll say you know nothing about footballYeah, 40m would've been bonkers. Deal eventually done for 30m which is fine for a good hg keeper. Vicario gives me the shivers
He's not crap. His crap! Waste of money on wages. We have Phillips and dorrington who we should be investing time into not someone who is so far removed from what an Ange high line requires.
Maybe, I'd be very surprised if it's not3m loan mate.
Even Woolwich couldn't be arsed to pay big for him this year. If he does well, then of course they'll likely buy him for 27m but it's not obligation
Just cs t believe people think davies is still a starting 11 player in 2023. When will people wake up! Davies was at fault for the shaktar gosl. His slow as well and not tall enough or physically enough fit CB. Brentford would simply target him like last season and get behind him or just put balls in the air.
Yeah, could be a long season if he's a dud. Pre-season behind a porous defence probably not the best time to judge him, but not too impressed so far. Still think he'll be an upgrade on the Hugo of last year obviously.
Just a joke man. Push the blood vessel back in.Ffs everyone wanted davies out not so long ago! Are happy that he is still around and could be our CB in first game of the new season. Go watch the Brentford home gane from end of last season. Tell me if he is good enough. Also in a high line his not got the pace. He also often just passes the ball in the middle to no one. It’s all opinions but he would t get in the majority on pl sides.
I think that’s fair, and comparing with Kane isn’t like for like. It was a quick and easy reach on my part as an example of a real “finisher” someone who’ll score ugly goals etc. Salah is a perfect comparison which better highlights the differences. In 6 seasons with Liverpool he has 137 league goals, 53 assists (18000 minutes). In 9 seasons Son has 103 goals, 53 assists. (19,575 minutes).
Salah is an example that shows Son isn’t a great. Just pretty good.
I haven't made my decision yet........about a player I have seen in a couple of friendlies.Yeah, could be a long season if he's a dud. Pre-season behind a porous defence probably not the best time to judge him, but not too impressed so far. Still think he'll be an upgrade on the Hugo of last year obviously.
Maybe not without Kane money.
Can you post any evidence that his pace is still there? Cause I don't see it
Let’s all pretend We know who he is and have watched him regularly.Un-named English club interested in Nuamah.
Here’s hoping it’s us.

Haha you are having a nightmare today. Defoe has 143 total goals for spurs.
Son has 145.
We can keep at this if you want
Defoe didn’t just play in PL for Spurs.
But the fact that he matches his Spurs total helps my point. Cheers.
I rated Defoe even less than Son.
Do you have a fundamental problem with math ?
145 is more than 143.
That’s the best player comp for him I can think of, legitimately elite ball striking and a tendency to play off the last man with pace.
.........there’s always a risk involved when you’re signing one of these feast or famine goal machines who shoot a lot and poach a lot but do little else.
I have no idea where that even came from.So we binning off the initial idea that he can play one of the wing/Wfwd positions for us too then?
Stick to the Romanian 5th division.
Shitting on Sonny to show how smart you are doesn't come across how you think it does.
