Agreed, also Levy using the media to try and put the blame on Kane to cover his own arse, the guy is an Uber snake in the grass, slimy customer.
Some people will turn on Kane if he stays and decides to leave on a free and that's exactly what Levy would want because on the surface it looks like Levy is looking out for the clubs best interest and Kane is looking out for himself trying to leave on a free.
The way I see it though is that Kane doesn't want to go to Bayern and he wants to stay at Spurs but he recognises that Levy and the owners will never do what it takes to reach the level he wants but isn't going to be bullied into leaving to a club in another country just so Levy can save face.
At the end of the day, it should have never been allowed to get to this point and any competent owners would have seen this situation coming and dealt with it long before now.
Levy has to make him sign an extension somehow now imo, I honestly can't blame Kane, I would likely do the exact same thing he is doing given the circumstances.

Smart thing to do would be to sign Orban anyway. Sweeten the deal by sending him back on loan to Gent for a year.
