Club highest goal scorer and a great player but not a club legend.
peter capaldi what GIF

Being honest, I think levy blocked kane before he could get flight to munich as always has to have last dig. Stubborn and cant take being beat. Granted done a great job with stadium and training facilities but they're fixed assets. End of the season I dont look at balance sheets, i see what weve won. 15 years too long.
The stadium ran late and massively over budget and remains without a naming rights deal , just glad he didn’t do a shit job

According to transfer market we have spent 193.6m including the Kulu and Porro permanent moves.

Selling Kane for 100m (plus Winks sale) would bring net spend to 82m.

We should have enough room for a net spend of 150-180m in a window where we sell our best ever player.

Also find creative ways to delay payment (a la Kulu and Porro).

Think the fans are melting down now?

Just wait until we announce Orban the Genk striker as Kane's replacement 😆

Looks like the majority of fans would be happy to sign Orban. The meltdown will be if he now doesn't sign

Orban could be a complete flash in the pan, but I don't see where else the club goes. Most of the big strikers have moved and the one who hasn't Vlahovic will be too expensive for Levy

Lots of talk about Jonathan David or El Wahi. However they are Orban level, no guarantees they can come here and score goals

Kane is part responsible for that because he refused to go to PSG.

The market paid stupid money for Caicedo because there was 2 clubs desperate and stupid enough to get into a bidding war for a hyped up water carrier. As soon as you see terms like "tempo controller" flying around you know someone is about to get scammed.

No our chairman refused to allow PL clubs to negotiate for Kane. That's why we didn't get a bigger fee for Kane.

Anyone else reckon that Sergio Reguillon shows a lot of potential as a possible striker replacement for Kane ?

Our spending in recent times has left us sailing pretty close to the wind in regards to solvency and FFP legislation

As a result , I don't think it wise that we reinvest the Kane money into new players

Reguillon has all the raw attributes to play the Kane role in an Angeball system , I know this because a hipster football twitter account confirmed it for me

So what do we reckon?
