Have had this cycle under levy's watch. Get a young player and they reach elite and outgrow our ambitions...bale, modric, Berbatov, kane. Sad to say we will always be a stepping stone club until we get more wealthier and ambitious owners. Poch got us so close to the pinnacle, didnt get the rebuild as was getting too big for levy. Club charge highest prices in world football but still have to accept we will be 2nd best.

There's also a difference between "...putting their hope on a striker..." and "putting all our hopes on." Read again what I said: I never said people are putting "all our hopes".

Kane been here all his career. Hardly up and left as he got good
 
People seem quite optimistic about us spending the Kane money on Orban, Tapsoba etc...

What makes you think we haven't already spent it?

Honestly can't see much else happening besides a load of outs and maybe a young/ cheap defensive punt.
 
Being honest, I think levy blocked kane before he could get flight to munich as always has to have last dig. Stubborn and cant take being beat. Granted done a great job with stadium and training facilities but they're fixed assets. End of the season I dont look at balance sheets, i see what weve won. 15 years too long.
