Several EPL clubs are said to be interested in Johan Bakayoko, a left-footed WF. Burnley have already inquired about him. Thing is, Noni Madueke also look good for PSV...

Add yet another to the list of “right wingers who definitively had a better 22-23 than Dejan Kulusevski” lol… I like Kulu but if we were signing a RW for Ange just off the basis of last year’s performance he’d have been like 17th on the list.

Honestly, no idea. Even though he underperformed last season, I still think Richarlison should be 'big name' enough for the central striker position (which suits him more, as his Brazil performances have shown). We want a young punt to work under/with/supplant him (that isn't Veliz) IMO.
Richarlison is only a big name in our minds because we overspent on him.

He's got 49 goals in 200 premier league appearances.....

If he's the Kane replacement then those stats will need to improve......like double improve. A goal every 4 games is bang average.

No because nobody will pay his wages and he probably won’t leave for less (which he is perfectly entitled to do)
Exactly - which is why Levy is less likely to insist upon a big fee for him. I'm not even sure what your point is any more mate - the last few posts you've made have implied the exact opposite of what I thought you were saying in your original post, i.e. that Levy wouldn't effectively pay N'Dombele off, or accept a reduced fee for him - imo he is more likely to just to save the huge wages (i.e. lower fee makes it easier for new club to accept the big wages). Perhaps I've misunderstood you all along. :/

Kyogo signed a new contract didn't he? I don't think Ange will go back for any Celtic players, I think he knows he annoyed the fans by leaving in the summer and won't want to upset them any further by raiding the club for their best players.

Gift Orban looks like a Kyogo type, and he is younger and will be probably be cheaper. Another one linked is Jonathan David at Lille.
He did sign a new deal but money talks and with not a lot of time left in the window and deals not going through, I wouldn't be surprised. Ange absolutely loves Kyogo and not just for goals, his work rate is absolutely incredible. He will run 50 yards just to press the keeper. He is a total gem of a player

If there is a striker that fits Ange's style, it's Kyogo

big difference coming here against prem defenders and he is 28 we need someone younger

Man City's scouting network is insane. We have Mark Lawwell who we got from Man City (son of our CE). His success rate for scouting and signing players is around 80%. He started working with Postecoglu at Yokohama Marinos and recommend him to us. Their scouting network is truly top notch
Yup. My friend has worked for both Spurs and City (amongst other organizations— he seems to move a lot. ) Says that City are by far the best run organization he has worked for.

Compare and contrast to PSG.

Think Laporte will be too old and to injury prone for Levy, no resale value , not Levy's way.
Agree with regards to Richy, no way near good enough to fill Kane's shoes, very few are, but plenty are better than Richy.

Richie is tottaly different from Kane, but that doesn't mean he isn't good enough. He's far more unidimensional than Kane but can score and press like no one upfront. What we'll need for him to succeed is someone to create opportunities, and we have done a good job by bringing Maddison in, that changes a lot of our striker will need this season, as I think he won't have to drop deep to create something like Kane has done for years.

Fair enough.

You may well be right. I liked him at Fiorentina and have watched him a few times at Juve. But they're such a dismal side to watch, it feels hard to judge him in that side.

What I would say is that he has the basic physical attributes to not be a complete washout, so even if he didn't set the league on fire, he would return solid, if unspectacular, figures.
Let me point our mate that I started as firmly on tge Vlahovic train. The more I watched..the slower the train got. Then it stopped. Now I've been wrong before on players( ladies and gentlemen I give you-please fucking take him -Tanguy N'dombele) but rarely after I've proper taken the time to watch beyond the highlights.
