So we moved on once it was clear Brentford weren't going to budge?

Chelsea were linked with Olise three and a half weeks ago. Got rejected today and have moved on.

What exactly are you moaning about?
are you OK?

chelsea got rejected today and moved on to their next target on the same day.

I realise you are still a bit annoyed that you got the Kane stuff spectacularly wrong and the additions of Gift Orban, the CB and the right sided forward in addition to Kane didn't materialise as you thought but quit trying to point score.

If you can't see or accept that we are slow in pulling the trigger in our signings then that's on you.

Where, exactly? I haven't seen one credible link to Tosin in about 3 weeks. People throwing his name around in a transfer thread on a fan forum isn't exactly what I'd call a "credible link" either.

1 He's been trying to leave Fulham for most of last season
2 Its known Monaco put in a low ball bid to Fulham which they rejected.

So............ Tosin wants to move but no deal done with any club as yet.

What do you think the odds on other clubs putting in higher bids ?

Lol

Olise signed a new deal you nugget. It wasn't just a rejection. Chelsea literally couldn't do anything. Theyve been wanting him for nearly an entire month. Do you think they put all their eggs in one basket or something? 😂😂😂 Moron. "next target" as if they just found someone today.

The fact you didn't just shut up when you got proven wrong about Raya/Vicario is beyond me.

But keep yapping, I guess.

Fair enough i see your point, for me it would leave our midfield too light in terms of strength and Def qualities... anyway we shall see.

I'm the guy saying we shouldn't read into 1 match, but there was a black hole on the right side of our attack vs Brentford. If you want to place the blame on Kulu? Sure, but I still think we need another Maddison player who can unlock defenses.

We're an attacking possession team again. Finding quality in the final 3rd, getting goals and putting games away should be a priority

Speechless after reading this...9 cars???

Brazil forward Neymar, 31, requested a 25-room mansion, swimming pool and sauna, eight workers to keep his house tidy, nine cars and all expenses paid for travel, restaurants and hotels when he signed for Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal. (Cope via Goal)

We basically gave Dele away. If Tanguy hadn’t cost 54m he would be long gone.

His wages are a bigger problem...

It’s as if Daniel cannot take a big loss on a transfer. Tanguy was signed on a 5 yr contract , therefore his value on the books diminishes approx 11m per year. As it stands he is worth 11m to us .
take 10m euros and call it quits.
FFS Daniel….get a grip.

2 things....

1. With 2 years left (not one), according to your figures Ndombele is still 'worth' 22m
2. We'd still have to pay the free-loading cunt 20m in remaining wages.

There were tweets posted here today mentioning him, us & Monaco.... Sorry mate, I can't do a search for you as the search function won't scan tweets and articles.

"Credible" - Meh.....99.9% of this shit lacks credibility so do with it all what you will.

These things are not reported in real-time.

Absolutely. Did an Incredible, Fantastic job for us with his hands tied for 5 years. Such a shame we sacked him instead of backing him.
What's really strange is that there are still a few Spurs fans who admire and respect Daniel Levy

:sonhmm:
It has to be said that anyone who lasts five years as manager of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is a special talent.

Even managers who were considered to be a success didn't last beyond two full seasons (as was the case with Martin Jol and Gerry Francis). Harry Redknapp was the first manager to do it since Terry Venables and even then he was sacked as soon as the third season ended.

This issue goes further back than Levy. It was an issue with Sugar and arguably Scholar as well.

Its early days for Ange but I'm already excited about what he's doing with the team and I'm quietly hopeful that he will be our next "special one".

:ange-arms:
