Yes.

But harder to find a place to get playing time if they also need to pay Spurs a fee.

I suspect it probably depends on who wants to take him, but I was suprised to see the mention of a fee already being agreed in the Lazio tweet.

TBH, this isn't an exit that concerns me...... Fully expect he'll be gone.... If it turns out it's a CL club that can afford to slip us a few quid then bonus. Still seems like the sticking point is Lloris's opinion on the level he's still at....... Perhaps the earlier interest from Inter caused him to re-set his expectations....?

For clarity; the X was the unnecessary shit-talking of our new Gk.

how so? He’s been hesitant to come off his line and nearly cost us at the end against Brentford when he came flying off his line and took out the Brentford player. Oh and the stupid yellow for delaying the penalty. I’m not saying he’s a bad keeper but he doesn’t instil confidence or maturity.

The excuse to not go out and buy quality players appears to be we have too many mediocre players who others don’t want??

Not good enough.
Look I'm never one to forgive ENIC's lack of ambition to compete at the very top, but I do feel like the fundamental issue of the lack of game time to go around in a season where we have no European football is being unduly ignored.

I hope Ange is a better squad rotator than Conte in any event.

Sad Ben Affleck GIF

Do you remember in the good old days when a player was past it or not good enough we used to send them to live in a caravan in East London.

It's almost like Levy stubbornly refuses to understand market conditions and always wants to pay what he wants and receive more than the market is offering

Even to the detriment of his own football team.
I imagine him sat in his office with his fingers in his ears loudly saying "la la la I'm not listening" over and over when the staff are telling him the players aren't worth what he thinks they are, or he's not offering enough for a potential new signing.

I used to be in awe he was such a stern negotiator, but now it's just depressing every transfer window especially when we bring in new managers.

I wish he would leave transfers to people who know better, give them a budget, and work with them find reasonable solutions to shifting unrequired players. He meddles too much at the detriment of managers, the players and the club
