I know it's inconvenient in relation to all the prefered teeth gnashing and footstomping; but it's still more nourishing than unsubstantiated BS.

.....Besides; if you are truly averse, the starting point ought to be stamping out all the money comments like "Wah! Arse spent more than us" and "Levy's kept all the money again"...... Get started on that and I'll join you. Can't see that happening though cos 'we' like those......

Lack of urgency is the irritation for me,

Just cut Dier and Hugo so they can choose their next club,

If we know that everyone else is a loan out anyway, may as well start bringing in the players we need and send that group to train with the u21’s

No issue - just saying we have a solid foundation to invest — I would also argue that as we’ve bought well recently, again we are well placed to overpay for the right player
