It's a process and there's only so many players you can realistically move on etc, but if you can't shift the deadwood and Ange then has to use them out of necessity, there needs to be an allowance and acceptance - especially from the board - that it *may* impact results.
You can't expect to win a race of super cars when you've got a sports car shell with a Skoda engine.

But Johnson and Pepe arent natural RW. If you got Son Perisic Solomon on left and Kulusevski Johnson on the right, not including Gil at all, it means you still have 1 winger who is not going to play at all. My guess is that Perisic or Gil will go, makes no sense having 6 wingers for 1 game a week.
