Yeah, some are in the later stages of very important tournaments.
the occasion makes no difference, the pathetic, childish, embarassing style is what marks a bad penalty out.
Even if he had scored that one it should have been ruled out anyway as he stopped his run, moved backwards, then started again.

If you can't separate a good and bad penalty and also don't count the ones that go in, then I'm not convinced you know much about football.

Can you see a scenario where Hugo Lloris stays?

As I said, you can't just have any number of players you want. There is a list and it is unlikely we will have three goalkeepers on our final Premier League list.

So that should mean a loan at least for Austin who is over 21. (As is Whiteman who is injured and likely not to be included in the 25.)
Seems Ange will trust one the U21 GKs in an emergency.
We need Austin's HG player status at the moment.

Missing the goal frame marks a bad penalty...

Leeds under Farke, that's perfect, I hope that happens.

That should make him a saleable commodity at the very least.
IIRC Poch sent a young Marcus Edwards on loan to Farke at Norwich, in the hope it would improve his attitude & professionalism.

It didn't, and Farke sent Edwards back to Spurs after a single sub appearance.

So if Spence's attitude is the problem, Farke won't take any prisoners.

Assuming Lloris, White, Austin and Whiteman (injured) are not included in the squad that leaves
7 HG + 19 NON-HG = 26.

Only 17 NON-HG are allowed in our squad so we need to lose 2 NON-HG.

Must be odds on that Ndombele won't be in the squad. I can't see Reggie getting game time so he must be second favourite to not be included.

I would say £12M for Sanchez is about right, yes, I would agree in that instance.

I don't have a particular fee for Ndombele but my point is that, I think he is worth less than £10M but I don't believe Levy is going to sell a player he paid £50M+ for at that price point, that's my opinion.

If the stumbling block is wages then I would simply cut him loose so we can free up the wage space.

Honestly, the truth is, I would rather us move our deadwood on for shit money than be stuck with an overloaded squad collecting big wages and having a possible negative influence on the manager and team.

It's not like we have to sell to buy, we have just got £100M from selling Kane that has yet to be reinvested.
You can't cut him loose and free up the wage space. Firstly he has to agree, secondly, you're still paying his wage. His contract guarantees that.

Thanks.

So there's no rule requiring the PL squad to contain 3 goalkeepers?
