I like what Posto is doing, I don't particularly like him. His voice is terrible, sounds like he has gravel in his throat and he doesn't come across very friendly or approachable. A bit dour.
Any chance that Poch's rudimentary grasp of English at the time had an impact on his ability to get individuals and the team to be doing what he wanted? Ange being a native speaker must be an advantage?
It sounds like he has the post corona dog cough that has not gone away, I think I have noticed it in a lot of people the last year or two tbh but maybe that's some form of covid induced paranoia. Ange reminds me of Wayne Bennett in post game interviews. A winner.
A slightly deeper Shaun Dyche. I did notice Posto coughing quite a bit while being interviewed.

yeah, particularly for those of us who hated the way he was let down, underfunded and then dumped unceremoniously - when the sensible way forward was to give him the players that he wanted to work with.
He's gone to a club with vast resources and he is working his way through the staff list, keeping what he wants, to make his brand of football work. Sadly I think he will be a real success there. Our only hope is that Boehly will stick his fat fingers in the pie and drive Poch away.
Oh - and apart from woolwich that is the last place I wanted to see him end up (so - the penultimate place) because I believe with the right backing he will make them a success. My only comfort will be that Levy will squirm with embarrassment, knowing it was him that drove him away, and that by backing him could even now be looking at cup success and maybe even titles.

I wouldn't take too much notice of how the players seem. They are hardly going to diss him. I seem to remember Jose and Conte had good vibes to start with.
That's not to say they won't fall in love like too many have on here.
