As expected with that midfield three.
Atleast one of Bissouma/Maddison has to start every game this season. We have one game a week between now and Christmas so no excuses
I think you really can't blame him or the other forwards carnage behind them
The real problems tonight were Davis, PEH, Skipp, Perisic and Royal, anything that came through these just broke down the move.
There are a couple of midweeks in there, but pretty much.
I thought he was pretty good second half but if we are buying Brennan what is his his place at the club?
On some level who cares, he cost the same amount as Alfie Whiteman.
Depends on how we're using Johnson. If he's going to be rotated with Richarlison then Solomon's role will be unchanged. Long term he's LW rotation, after Perisic leaves at the end of the season.
My feeling when we got him is we will bring him on we are losing.
So hopefully he never plays for us again!
I agree but I think his chances will be even more limited if we sign the BJ guy.

Solomon on the left and after Perisic's performance tonight, I think he deserves a chance their a head of Perisic.
Perisic has played well recently, but he is 34 and Ange is about the youngsters.
I think it will be this in the future.

I like the options but realistically with one game a week it's gonna be the same side every time.

But doesn't Ange sub a lot of players due to the high intensity that he plays?
I think a lot of these players are going to get more time than people think.

Of all the plodders fucking shit up on the field tonight, why would anyone pick on this guy? I thought he had some nice plays and passes to teammates who ended up being offside or who didn't make the right run. Would like to see him get more chances and see if there's real/consistent quality there or what.
He could take a man on every once in a while instead of passing back to Royal or Sanchez everytime.
