Let's break this down.
Only a single team can win a trophy. If we are indeed a top 6 team, that would suggest we are the 6th best team in the country. Why would you expect to a win a competition that there are 5 teams better than you? You can HOPE, but not expect. If you genuinely expect to win a trophy it just suggests you are a bit too impassioned and non objective.

About 6 of the team that started against Woolwich started tonight / don’t see how that is relevant - the performance tonight was shocking / fair enough he can say selection was on him and the poor performance was due to him instructing the players to play as they did - but to say that was an acceptable performance is not ok because it was turgid unambitious boring football
