Is 100% the right answer. Sometimes I think how do we end up with such shit politicians, then I think of the gymnastics performed here in defence of a bloke who clearly couldn't give a fuck...and it all makes sense.

Summer windows are always a difficult one to get deals done

January will be much easier

Plus we can get a couple in on loan with an obligation to buy next summer and then count them as spend in multiple windows
