Since ENIC took over Spurs have gone from mid table finishes to being in and around the top 4, qualifying for Europe nearly every season, competing more and taken the club to another level.

Yes, there are some decent CB at the u-21 team but only only u-21 defender has 1st team experience, and that's Ashely Phillips when he played for Blackburn. It's a huge gap from U-21 footy to the EPL. Huge.
