They literally left it to the last day of the window to "try" and get Kelly over the line. I mean let that fucking sink in for a minute.
The whole window and a wide world of available players and they come up with Johnson, Gallagher and fucking Kelly. And that's assuming we even get those three over the line in this last day. Otherwise we are going to wind up having spent zero net money.
Ok, so they might not the absolute worst owners in the league, Everton etc but they can't be far off.

Since ENIC took over Spurs have gone from mid table finishes to being in and around the top 4, qualifying for Europe nearly every season, competing more and taken the club to another level.
I appreciate there hasn't been much in the way of silverware, but to say they're the worst owners is pathetic. Club's have literally gone out of business, had to play at other grounds for seasons and been deducted points due to owners being shite.

Yes, there are some decent CB at the u-21 team but only only u-21 defender has 1st team experience, and that's Ashely Phillips when he played for Blackburn. It's a huge gap from U-21 footy to the EPL. Huge.
