Some people on here need to go back and read the first hundred or so pages of this thread, the responses to the announcement of his appointment were, well rather negative in general.
Honestly, I am still holding judgement, with that said, he seems to have turned a toxic dressing room into a group of players that are enjoying playing the game AND doing it playing a style of football that screams Tottenham.
It's a small sample size so a lot of that shouldn't be read into too much but for the record a lot of those shots are coming from outside the box and we're above average for shots coming from the 18 yard box
The defence might be better but we're defending worse, with the expected goals against being higher, we do have a much better keeper though.

September - Arteta won this month and failed to win the opening 2 games in October
October - Tuchel won this month and then drew the opening game of November
November - Guardiola won this and City dominated December
December - Guardiola won again and pretty much dominated January too
January - Bruno Lage won this and lost first game in February
February - Eddie Howe wins this and wins opening 2 games of March
March - Arteta won this month and then lost first 3 games of April
April - Mike Jackson won this month and then didn't win a single game in May.
Arteta really seems to be affected by it going off the past two seasons.
Hopefully that says more about Arteta than the award itself

Add that to the fact that when he finds his team in a great position to push on, whether through finishing in the top four for the first time in a while or winning the club it's first league trophy in nearly 20 years, he's ended up coming up short.
One of the things Ange did at Celtic was, every single time he won a manager of the month award, he insisted the photo be taken with other members of the coaching staff in order to highlight their contribution.
It's nice having an actual human being manage your club.

Spurs are kind of like a computer program that crashed with a message of "return to last known good settings". And we've deleted some old files that may have been slowing the system. Postecoglou has managed that process well so far. Now we'll see if his tactics work over a season and how his management style holds up. I think the reaction to Postecoglou has been over the top but given how low the morale of fans was it is entirely understandable.

We have been for the past five matches. Literally every team but Bournemouth could've put 2-3 past us, and probably would've with Lloris in goal.
