Match Luton (A) Saturday 7th October - 12:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

The fact that people are genuinely scared and nervous at playing Luton is utterly insane. They are one of the worst PL teams I have ever seen. It shows plenty of you are still scarred from Conte and Mourinho and still haven’t bought into Ange.

“We got to respect Luton, we can’t take it lightly” ITS FUCKING LUTON.
No easy game.. look at Citeh losing to wolves..Luton are going to sit in like Liverpool and Sheffield… we found it very difficult to score against them… just saying a different attacking approach may be needed is all.

West Ham vs Newcastle as well - we can put some space between ourselves and a few sides this weekend.

This is our chance to do what Woolwich did last year, build a title challenge out of nothing more than early season momentum
Agreed.

It crossed my mind that if we win on Saturday and then the next two against Fulham and Palace, there’s a nice chance that we will cement our place in the top two as all the other teams in the pack play against others in that group at least once in that time and something has to give.

Throw in the fact City have the unpredictability of a Manchester derby as well as a trip to the Emirates in that time and it’s just possible that we could be 3/4 points ahead of them after the next three. Gotta believe.

Just got to get through this game then 2 weeks fi hopefully get any knocks recovered. Bench will be threadbare with no Lo celso, Gil, perisic, Johnson, Solomon, team picks itself basically..

Vicario

Porro Romero VDV Udogie

Sarr Bissouma Maddison

Kulu Son Richarlison

Bench: Forster, Davies. Phillips. Hojbjerg, Skipp, Donley, Veliz, AN Other?

Looking at the fixtures and form. It looks to me like by the end of November, Villa could well be up there within a few points of top tbh.

Also a great opportunity for Yago Santiago to be rewarded for his fantastic youth form too now Solomon, Perisic and Johnson will all be missing.
