Don't worry it's a weird fantasy, like the people that thought if they kept saying we would sign Adama Traore it would make it happen. It doesn't work let them keep repeating it anyway.

Our last 8 signings have all been great value for money. Push the boat out for the next three and overpay if needed

Our revenue is top 10 in the world have we have a quarter of century of frugal management as a foundation. 10M is f all for the right player - the next five games could secure 75M in CL qualification
 
If we can somehow flog Ndombele, or even get someone to take part of his salary before it expires at the end of 24/25 season, we’re going to open a lot of wage space heading into next summer. Lloris, Perisic, Hojbjerg, Dier, and Ndombele are five of our top 8 earners along with Son, Maddison, and Romero.
