Transfers January Transfer Thread 2024

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Might not be reliable but it is believable.
PEH wants first team football and it does not look like any team abroad wants to spend money on him.
And Tosin may fancy he will get plenty of starts with Romero's injury and disciplinary record.
Hopefully a deal can get done with Juve for PEH, either a loan with obligation to buy, or player plus cash.

Lets hope a deal can get done.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Ivan Perišić has been sidelined with a serious injury since September and is not set to return to the pitch anytime soon. That didn’t stop him from being linked with a move to Hajduk Split.

Earlier this week, Hajduk Split manager Mislav Karoglan revealed he would like to sign the 34-year-old.

Sportske Novosti have come up with a surprise claim on Hajduk Split’s desire to secure the Tottenham winger’s services and that too in January.

It’s claimed they are looking at a new left-back, a back-up striker and at least one winger in the winter market. For the latter, they seem to be looking for an experienced player and the former Inter Milan man would fit the bill.
Sportske Novosti claim the Croatia international won’t be able to return to action until next April. Despite this, Hajduk Split president Lukša Jakobušić isn’t ready to give up and will do everything he can to sign Perišić next month.

The report further explains that ‘money is not the problem’ to conclude the deal. As it stands, the two parties are having differences when it comes to the length of contract.

Perišić’s contract at Spurs lasts until 2024. Hajduk Split want to sign him on a permanent deal [likely with a longer contract] while the Tottenham attacker wants a deal until the end of this season.

If Hajduk Split succeed in agreeing a deal in January, Perišić may play a role in helping them in the title race towards the end of the season. It would also help him prepare for the Euros next summer.

Fair play if Dragusin comes in early next week.

Seems a proper defender and captaining his side at 21 speaks volumes for his character.

Paratici has earned the right to be trusted on Serie A picks.

Dreaming of this for United:

Vic
Porro - Dragu - VDV - Udogie
Bentancur
Sarr --- Maddison
Kulu -- Richy -- Johnson

Sarr is on AFCON would have to be Hojbjerg, Skipp, Kuluveski or Lo Celso in the 8.
