The last 3 years were a bump in the road, and we've reached the point where improvement is incrementally smaller as the competition gets stiffer. Getting from 5th to 1st is harder than going from a team finishing 10th regularly to one that finishes 5th.
So at 4th, 5th and even 2nd once or twice, was having 0 transfers for 18 months what a owner who Loves Football (As some claim) and wants to Win something,would do?
