The criticism of him is justified. If he had not scored last night, he would've got a 4 in my ratings.I followed on the radio and it didn’t sound like a particularly good game again, but you can not deny that he’s being dangerous off the bench. I don’t think he’s ready to start matches but has to be one of the first subs to come on. Well done to the lad. The criticism he gets is embarrassing by some of our fans, give him some time.

However, he got in the right position and used his pace to reach that pass. Brilliant run and contribution.
BUT.....you cannot say he should not be criticised for his performance last night.
I’ve never said said he should not be criticised, nor that he played well. Some of the criticism is way over the top though, and some is justified. He’s not had an impressive start to his Spurs career but some people are acting like he’s a league one player. The criticism of him is justified. No yet, but where he is now isn’t where he’ll be in a year or two’s time. We need players who can be subbed in and affect the game, so that works great for us at the moment. That wasn’t a simple tap in either.Guys calm down - he scored a tap in
He's a decent player but no where near worth the 50 million that we paid for him
At best, he's a super sub for a top 4 side but not good enough to be a regular starter
He hit it so hard and high for a second I thought he'd skied itNo yet, but where he is now isn’t where he’ll be in a year or two’s time. We need players who can be subbed in and affect the game, so that works great for us at the moment. That wasn’t a simple tap in either.
Very far from a tap in
But very Ange ball
We’ve scored about 6 of those goals this season. Brennan either assisting or finishing a few of them.
If you can’t see why Ange wanted him, I don’t know how better to explain it to you than that goal.
I don’t mind if he can’t provide something in attack. He’s just lazy defensively, his tracking back today was awful and he was a fucking sub.
He scored, okay, but everything else was worrying. You just have to work hard for fans to love you, it’s not that hard.
Nunez would have skied that for definite! No yet, but where he is now isn’t where he’ll be in a year or two’s time. We need players who can be subbed in and affect the game, so that works great for us at the moment. That wasn’t a simple tap in either.
That's TWO home games in a row remember!Won us the game against tiring legs. Right now, that's the best use of him: impact sub.
It reminded me of that offside goal against Sheffield in his first game, running full pelt to get to the ball and kicking it up into the netHe hit it so hard and high for a second I thought he'd skied it
His overall impact in games is frustrating but the guy is averaging 1 goal or assist in 3 games, a feat bettered only by Son, Richarlison and Maddison. He's contributing more than other players who aren't being dug out so much.
