Would you take Toney for +/- £40m?
Because that's probably the fee you'll have to pay for him this summer.

Frimpong (Leverkusen) has a release clause of 40m apparently, and spent 10 years at Man City’s academy. Would this make him HG?
If so, would be a great buy.

Contract until 2025 so relatively 'cheap' available this year.
I recall watching Evan Fergurson and saying he could go either way and certainly did not think he was some Harry Kane regen. Got slaughtered on here. Told he was generational.Solanke would be a smart signing. Strong, can hold up play and back up his numbers this season.
Toney is a great player, that's no debate, attitude wise though, is he Ange material?
Evan Ferguson hype seems to have fallen off a cliff.

Not really seeing it with Solanke, I think he's found his level, but that's just personal opinion.So.
CB- Tosin Adarabioyo
CM- Joey Veerman
LW- nico Williams and Timo Werner
CF- if Richarlison leaves I think Solanke could be a smart signing
Think Solanke is a bit of a journeyman who just happens to be having a decent season. In his 2 previous premier league seasons he scored 6 and 3. He'll be 27 near the start of next season. I dont think he's much better than Richarlison. Would be seriously undewhelming.
That hasn't really stop people from wanting Gyokeres whos 26 this year and was outscored by Solanke whenever they played in the Championship together..
Sometimes people just blossom out of nowhere and develop a little later.

I’d take neither
Not given his contract situation and whatA PL homegrown striker in his prime isn't going to be that cheap, gonna be at around £60m, £40m is a seriously undervaluing him.
I dont know much about Gyokeres but havent seen anything from Solanke for him to stand out. To be fair none of the CF names being bandied around feel like they'd be a significant improvement. If we cant upgrade on Richarlison by much then i'd prefer 2 wingers who hopefully would be a decent upgrade to what we have. That hasn't really stop people from wanting Gyokeres whos 26 this year and was outscored by Solanke whenever they played in the Championship together..

Not given his contract situation and whatStarks rightfully mentioned as well.
I won't mind if Chelski pay up the £100m Brighton wants for himI recall watching Evan Fergurson and saying he could go either way and certainly did not think he was some Harry Kane regen. Got slaughtered on here. Told he was generational.
