"amicable breach of contract"

:mourloopy:

God forbid we should ever have transfer commentators who actually know what words mean. :/ Assume he means 'termination'. Hope it's true, but the wording doesn't exactly give me great confidence... :/

He's proper shit.

Never seen a young player fall upwards like this guy has in a long time.

Never played higher than League One football and gets a huge Prem move. Is absolutely wank and has a huge hand in getting Burnley relegated and now I've seen links to Newcastle and even Bayern Munich.

Mental. He isn't even better than Muric. Who was Championship player of the year Burnley got promoted and then dropped for this clown.

Typifies the modern keeper and what people look out for these days, he can play with the ball but he cannot save a Word Document.

Would you ever get off the fence and tell us what you really think. Do you rate the guy or not??

But...but....but Levy don´t just give investments away, he tries to sell them on overinflated prices!!!

He does.
But in this instance, I don’t know if there is a club in world football that would pay a transfer fee of any description for Ndombele. We’ve exhausted all the loan opportunities as he’s now in his final year of the deal.

It finally comes to the point where even Levy has to admit defeat and realise keeping him is more damaging to the club than simply releasing him.

If Ndombele has gone and we have paid him off that's around £28m saved annually on wages for outgoing so far so it's time to extend some contracts I think...

Give Son that 1 year deal and put him on £250k.

Romer definitely needs a contact extension and a wage increase, put him on £200k

If option 1 don't make us title contenders, what would?
I didn't think Gabriel Jesus, Zinchenko, Fabio Viera and Mat Turner would make Woolwich title contenders after bottling 4th, yet they did the season after.

Toney 40
Gallagher 40
Eze 60

How would people feel? Still a bit meh for me. Eze is obv the standout, we need to push for him regardless
No winger other than Werner and no LB, poor window overall.

It may have been structured as a mutual breach, with an agreed upon amount of zero damages or some figure of damages. It's certainly possible - especially if there was no mutual termination clause in the contract.

The footballing authority have blocked clubs, agents and players from making contact over moves for England players while they are away on international duty this summer. The Three Lions head for their base in Gelsenkirchen on Monday, six days ahead of their opening tournament clash with Serbia.

Postecoglou is expected to make new signings when the window opens as he continues his overhaul at Spurs. However, it now remains to be seen whether he’s prepared to remain patient in his pursuit of Gallagher, given no deal is likely to be in place before pre-season action gets underway.

Angelos has apparently been waiting patiently since last summer's TW so why not a few weeks more if there is truth to this story
Few Spurs fans believe Gallagher will join Spurs anyway....
