They made it pretty clear they didnt want (or need) "legacy fans" for their "project". "Legacy fans" dont go there and buy shirts, go to the ground early or late, stay oin the hotel or presumably even shop at the SainsburysI hope it's not the case, but I worry the problem might exist in a 'bubble'.
Visitors, Corps and Tourists buy up overpriced tickets, reducing ST numbers and raising prices overall. This is seen as scalable and highly profitable, hence leaning into it, year on year.
Until one day, we're in decline over two quarters, now three and there's no regular customers (i.e. ST holders and local fans) coming, since they can't or won't afford it, because they know they're being treated like fucking mugs and the bubble bursts, taking the investors/shareholders and the club with it. Next stop, Saudi ownership, cash injection, all too late and we're back in the noughties, fighting for scraps.

As long as we are in the PL, no matter how shit we are, their model will work -the groups you mentioned will keep coming and pay the money
