That's why Doue and Neto works better for me than Doue and Chiesa. Both have injury challenges but Neto is 23/24. At 28 he will still retain value after his 4 year contract.
I agree, but is he's training with us this summer there is no risk. If there is a chance he can come back to his best, and if Ange sees that an wants him. I'm all for it.

Decent young player. Can't play LCB however he is Danish so Lange will be well aware of him.
The fee would be low (this isn't an Ndombele situation) and he's a level of player that even if he didn't quite work out in the PL there would be a lot of demand for him back in Italy so we'd be able to flog him. They love old washed up players over there.
It's a low risk move imo. If he gets back to his best we have a real player there.
If he is a level below that he still improves our depth.

Would absolutely love Chiesa, in that horrible Italian team at the Euros actually thought he was the only one who still looked bright. 20m is an absolute steal, no-brainer for me
If you're Chelsea, you take a £25m punt on an injury prone player.
If they're crap, you just farm them out to the u23s and give their squad space to someone else.
If you're Spurs, you don't. You don't discard a £25m "asset" you keep them in the 25 man squad no matter what as we can't have a £25m asset that isn't able to ever play.
And by doing that, you block anyone else from joining the squad.
