Everyone knows exactly what a Spurs transfer window is and how a Spurs transfer window goes. So getting worked up over the same thing every 6 months seems like an incredible waste of energy.
Especially when there's 7 weeks of the window left and we're coming off the back of two big international tournaments.
I am aware of how rich we are. We just spent 40m on an unproven 18 year old. Doesn't really mean much when the Spurs business model is to sell before we buy and look at deals that benefit us financially. Whether it's buying some of the best young talent in world football (Udogie, Sarr, Bergvall, Gray) or ready made talents that managers want (Maddison, Richarlison, hopefully Eze)
People creating unrealistic fantasy transfer windows in their head just to have something to be disappointed about come the end of the window.
