Player Cristian Romero

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

The Romero I watch on a Saturday definitely gives a shit about us. in what world is it better to get rid of one of the best backs out there?

Backs?

He's not all that, way below the level and influence of a Van Dijk for example. Heck, albeit he's a different type of defender but I don't think he's better than Stones.

He gives his all for Argentina, picks up his wages with us.

If he wants to go, I'd listen to offers for him.

Good. I hope he wasn’t involved.

What a toxic group they are. Obsessed with Mbappé too.

The reference to Mbappé fucking trannies (another fun layer to this) is because Mbappé was photographed messing around on a yacht with a transgender woman called Ines. Except it wasn’t a transgender woman called Ines. It was a woman called Ines who shares the same name as a transgender friend of Mbappé’s.

They’re obsessed with Mbappé since he put three goals past them in the WC final (five World Cup goals over two tournaments).
Are people seriously thinking this song is new?
If you really believe this is the only time they’ve sang that song I’ve got a bridge I’d like to sell you.
I can only assume the song has been sung many times before...

And whether Romero has sung it himself at any point is up for speculation...
but 2 things I do know, if he had've been filmed singing it, HE would be the centre of this storm, and be hung out to dry by the media, not Fernandez...

...and secondly, it simply puts all South American 'culture' into a VERY bad light.

I include Uruguay in that too! (Just look at the Bentancur comments towards Son recently.
Yes, he was joking, but he was being racist.
What's worse is that he didn't KNOW he was being racist... That's almost more worrying!

I know the 'West' are no angels, but when you look at some aspects of South American 'culture' it's terrifying!!
Whether it's the ingrained racism of Argentina and Uruguay... or the gang culture, drug and gun violence of Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia, not to mention the constant political unrest in places like Chile and in the past Peru, they've got a LOT of problems over there!

No wonder their 'culture' doesn't travel so well!!

I'd sell him and get in Branthwaite.

Less foreign players, more English please.
I put a 'funny' for this... As I thought you were joking...

We're going to win fuck all under ENIC, might as well do so with English players then a United Nations XI.

Romero doesn't give a shit about us.
...then I wasn't so sure...

...oh shit, you're serious!!

It's not trolling at all, I want to see more English players at an English club.

Why is that weird?
Not weird, just a little jingoistic!

Had English players just brought back the Euros trophy, or Man City won everything with JUST English players, you MIGHT have a point .. But we didn't...

It's not, it's an aspect of English mentality that is missing something when push comes to shove... It's not a Harry Kane jinx, it's not Southgate's tactics, it's not 'Spursy'... it's a 1% factor that is missing in the English winners/competitive mentality that foreign players can just 'do'...

Maybe we're too 'nice', maybe we're missing that added ingredient that you only get from not coming from a privileged 1st world Country, that gives you an over inflated sense of superiority... I dunno.

But I DO know, that in a successful, winning team, you can't do it solely with English players...

You can't just eat pie and chips every day... you need a to mix it up with a little bit of 'that foreign muck' occasionally!

Yep, deadly.

I'd rather we played and bought more English players, even better if they came through our ranks.

Two of our best players during PL era are English and homegrown.

We need more and maybe, finally, we have a proper group coming through. That's far more exciting to me than signing some Brazilian or Spanish kid.

Great idea, let’s also fuck off our foreign coach and get Southgate in too, then we could play like Engerland….

No, do we really see the best of Romero?

For Argentina he's a warrior, for us he's simply an employee.

I know the foreign cunts on here don't care about our lack of English players but I do.

Romero isn't leaving anytime soon anyway so it's all hypothetical, but I wouldn't be upset if he forced a move and we signed Branthwaite as his replacement.
You are the biggest limp-dick on this entire forum.

Quite an achievement.

This is total horseshit. We don’t win as a nation mainly due to technical deficiencies. It’s nothing to do with privilege or not being tough enough, hence why Germany and France win stuff.

You could of course win a title with an all English team. Providing they were all actually good enough.
