That was a hard watch, we looked like school kids at times, chasing the ball and always too late. For most of that half they actually looked like they had more players on the pitch than us.
Looking for some positives, Spence has been worked hard and has played well. Dragusin, whilst putting himself about, has looked laboured. Maddison has had a few moments when he's actually been able to get on the ball. I don't really have much more than that.
Kulusevski has been poor, Son not much better. Mind you, when the "service" they are getting us a punt upfield from Vicario, making the ball stick is a big ask.
Preseason or not, we need to have a much better showing in the 2nd half. Our build up is so slow.

We have won every single game in pre season.
Some of you lot need to calm down. It’s a preseason tour in a very hot, humid country. We have a lot of young players out there and almost all our best defenders missing. We are struggling today but there’s no reason to panic. We can judge the work that’s been done in pre-season when we play against Leicester in the first PL match.

Only 18 to be fair. But he's definitely a project and not a starter some would have had you believe. Better to know that now in these sort of games (that's what they're for)
I actually think in our system, he's honestly probably best suited as a centre back. A bit more time on the ball, sniffs out danger pretty well too.
