Doesn't seem that likely given our purchase of Bergvall and Gray plus Donley and Devine from our u21's but ......

Could simply mean one of, if not both of Donley/Devine get loaned out.

We give Bissouma/Bentancur potentially one more year. If they don't step it up, they're gone next summer.

Could just be agent nonsense. Seems like the typical Ange midfielder though. athletic and press resistant.

agree,

GLC played a important part in Argentina's Copa America win I can't see why he wouldn't have suitors,

the issue is every other fkcn league being broke!
Because he hasn't had suitors in the last 3-ish years we've been trying to sell him? Clubs see that he's a sick note and are steering clear, and who can blame them.

I was counting 15m for Reggie, 15m for GLC.. that’s 30m on top of the 50m you already counted

We also need to consider wages which are just as big a part.

Perisic £180k
Ndombele £200k
Hojbjerg £100k
Kane £200k
Dier £85k
Tanganga £25k
Royal £40k
Winks £50k
Sessegnon 55k
Rodon £10k

Plus we have Regulion, Lo Celso, Bryan Gil and maybe one or two others to sell. I know we have a few knew like Maddison, VDV,Dragusin, Gray, Bergvall etc but overall that is still a fuck load of wages off the book. So £25-40m per year saved. Even if we got 3 good players and paid them over 100k or so we’d still have saved £10-15m a season compared to where we were over the past year or so.

Edit: it’s about £31m saved from this last year to this according to the below.

Exactly mate.

There’s no reason any us should be forwarding any narrative about not being able to back Ange with 3 statement signings.

He had really good loans at Man UtD and Brentford. He’s an established Premier League class LB. He’s just waiting on clubs that can afford his wages.
Which is no one, after his contract expires with us he isn't getting that type of money.

Unless we're willing to loan him out again, he needs to accept that and go elsewhere. A year on the bench will lower his future wages even more.

Two and a half weeks to season kick-off and he's not featured in a single game. He won't be fit for selection.
Like it or not right now Kulu is our starting ST. Son looking like he will start at LW with Werner backing him up.

I don't know what the heck is wrong with Richarlison anymore but him being unavailable and on the melodramatic/hypochondriac side of things is getting old. He looked very much out of shape relative to his past standards in the last Spurs training content I saw, which worries me greatly. At this point if we could just switch him out for somebody with their head screwed on a little better I'd be all for that.

The head doctor has gone too. Hope that helps our terrible medical department.

It's not just in recruitment either that big changes have occurred. Spurs' long time Head of Medicine and Sports Science Geoff Scott has left the club after 20 years. The New Zealander had become a familiar face at matches as a physio and at Hotspur Way.
He appeared in the All or Nothing documentary a few times
