No hatred for Johnson. Hatred saved for Gallagher and Chavs.

Just think BJ was overvalued at 47M. I don’t think that’s controversial. The overinflated fee is on Ange/Levy/our transfer team not Johnson - And as is our Bald Cunt’s way, Johnson is on a fairly modest wage for a starter at a Big 6 club so again no hate. In fact, I hope he proves me wrong this season.
...but the 'Bald Cunt' still shelled out £47million for a single player... Worth it or not!

Sometimes we can't win... either pay big, but get slated for paying overinflated prices, or haggle low, and get accused of being a cheapskate!

Which is it?

Typical Levy - we should have been all over this at that Prize after Ange said he wanted him!

I'm neither pro nor anti Levy... But I genuinely don't get what we're supposed to do...

Unless people expect us to shell out £200m for M'bappe?

I know it's seen as inevitable and progress, but EVERY transfer nowadays has gone to ridiculous proportions...

What was it Fulham paid for Emile Smith Rowe... £25m

TWENTY FIVE MILLION POUNDS, for an Arse Reject!

Jeez, if that was us, there'd be a riot! (OK, poor time to reference a riot, but you know what I mean!)

Either we pay the inflated prices like everyone else, or we refuse...

Gazza for £2m was EARTH SHATTERING at the time!

What would he be worth now?

1 - That reportedly wasn't the price for us, Chelsea were willing to sell for a lower price to Atletico because they are in a different league. Any PL transfer would have seen the old HG tax added.

2 - Has Ange actually ever said that though? It's been widely reported, and there is likely some truth to him rating him, but he's never said anything about wanting anyone specifically has he? For all we know the club suggested him due to thinking there was a deal to be done and Ange just looked at it and said "yeah sure".

If there is news today when do we expect it to start?

Lange and Levy have probably landed back in London by now?

Fab Romano usually times his biggest engagement farmers around the time the US wakes up on the East Coast so afternoon for us.

The Chavs did not want to sell him to us simple as that!
Fuck them, why should we use our money to bail them out of the FFP problems!

Beyond the spending power of every club.

My issue as it stands is knowing what kind of club we are and the players we are striving to buy. Seems at odds with eacj other.

And you can all but guarantee we will look at one or two of the lesser lights and think why didn't we go for that player, and yet we plunder double on worse.

Hmmmmmmm
