Royal, Hojbjerg out, Bergvall, Gray, Solanke, Neto in would be a great summer and I don’t really understand how anyone could think otherwise. I guess I’m just a dumb American. And Eze on top of that would be phenomenal.

It's classic Shady tactic to make out you are a some fruitloop, demanding, "angry", fan because you can make rational observations of our owner's behavior patterns.
Classic reductionist take to pretend that there is a one modus operandi over the past 20 years. I wouldn’t describe 2000-2005 as anything like 2013-18 or those periods as anything like our big spending in the past five years.

Very very different periods.

Also, we know that Levy has never been less involved than he is now - unless your claim is that the recruitment team and Munn are not directly involved.

This is not you at all but many posts here are indistinguishable from a rival fan here to wind up and make fun of spurs.

No hatred for Johnson. Hatred saved for Gallagher and Chavs.

Just think BJ was overvalued at 47M. I don’t think that’s controversial. The overinflated fee is on Ange/Levy/our transfer team not Johnson - And as is our Bald Cunt’s way, Johnson is on a fairly modest wage for a starter at a Big 6 club so again no hate. In fact, I hope he proves me wrong this season.
The question is an odd one to juxtaposition with Aaron Lennon of all people. Lennon was utterly fearless at the one thing that Johnson frustrates at. Lennon was a two foot giant who repeatedly used his few weapons against opponent's RAN at ANYONE. Couldn't shoot dodgy cross brave as a lion in take ons. Johnson really shys away from this, and it's odd because I saw him roast Walker of all people on one of the few times he tried .

I don’t agree with this. Of course Levy wants trophies, of course he wants the feeling of the CL final in Madrid again. But it’s like that scene in The Untouchables where Costner’s Ness tells Connery he wants to get Capone and he asks him, “What are you prepared to do to get him?” It’s the same with Levy. He wants to pretend at being big club but he’s not prepared to throw it all on the line to get there on the pitch.
This is why I come here, the psychoanalysis!
