I don't actually care about Chelsea as "rivals" tbh. It's not like they've been poaching our talent over the years like United and Real used to do. They're not Woolwich either.

Well, I'd say it probably did help Devine. It got him a move to the Championship, where for the most part he was pretty average (though it was Plymouth) - but got lots and lots of minutes that a teenager should be getting.
Scarletts League One loan was his most successful. We sent him out on loan to the Championship and could barely get minutes off the bench. Which in turn wasted a whole 12 months of his development.
Devine will be sent on loan to the Championship this summer. Though I'd much rather we sent him abroad personally.

I gave up my season ticket last summer and haven't spent a penny on the club since.
Sorry I'm not camped outside Levy's home or the training ground 24/7 but a man's gotta eat.
