Can u not see the shit dripping off this post? Ofc some could have been better, a lot could be a shite sight worse. Just look at how things turned out for other clubs? Unless ur suggesting u want to be like City or Chelsea? Surely u wouldn’t want an owner like that?

OBVIOUSLY we could have got better owners and we could have got worse owners, that doesn't change the fact that we are where we are because of ENIC whether people want to admit it or not.

ENIC's job is to build the infrastructure for the team to push on to become successful, you can argue whilst they've mis-stepped along the way we've had more than enough opportunities to win more than 1 trophy, 13/14 semi's tells you that we've been good enough to get to the latter rounds of competitions and if that's the case we should have been good enough to pick up a few pots along the way.

Saying that they are solely at fault is just lazy and passing the buck, I will admit that they have had a history of prioritising other things (like top 4) than trophies in the past but let's not act like it's all on them, like I said we've scored a grand total of 0 goals in the last 4 finals we've participated in and look at the kind of players we've had at our disposal.

So either of those things don't require a tougher mentality, you don't play at a higher technical level when you're competing to qualify in the CL? Because our players seemed pretty good at that.

As I said ENIC are to blame as well as the staff, ENIC aren't going out there telling the players to miss penalties, they aren't going out there telling the managers to pick wingers at wing back etc...They aren't going out there telling the team to not score goals in finals.

They did sack a manager who is known for winning cups 6 days before a cup final, that they can be blamed for which weirdly ENIC don't cop as much flak as they should from our fanbase, probably because it was Mourinho but hey ho...

It's a collective thing, as long as people are happy to admit that the club have progressed under ENIC's reign due to the managers and players and staff they've hired then you gotta keep the same energy for when the club fucks up.

Besides all that you've missed the point of the tweet, it's not about just blaming one party - it's never been about that but people like to throw their toys out the pram and blame the board when we lose matches but now seeing as the club now are now together and pulling in the same direction there should be collective blame when we lose and collective praise when we win.

What we can all agree on is what a hapless CEO levy is - not minority owner but CEO. This is all on him, couldn’t lead a fucking dog the meek, no personality, small minded newt
