Romero, Dragusin, VDV and probably Davies/Dorrington all ahead of him. I suspect he will be sold particularly given Vuskovic will be with us next year.

Vuskovic is playing on loan in Belgium, which is probably playing at a level below the Championship level that Phillips is being loaned to.

No certainties either will make it, but that's why Phillips is a loan and not a sale, and Vuskovic will be assessed at end of this year and might go on loan to a Championship club next season - he's still only 17 so unlikely to be PL ready for another 18 months or 2 years ? .

Dorrington just coming back from injury so not likely to be loaned out until January - he may surprise some people in EL before then, probably off the bench

I'm instantly aroused and think yes he's (was) the one.

But now curious about just how much the data is skewed for both of their roles asked to play within two opposing systems.

The eye test on Gomes is still good, in that he's good on the ball even though stats here don't really support this but conscious he plays for a low/mid-block team. And I like what Sarr does for us but my eyes know that he is nowhere to be seen to snuff out oppo transitions but unsure whether he is playing exactly where he's been asked to play by Ange.

Does anyone with knowledge of Ange's 2nd seasons (which are supposed to be very good) know how his teams stopped oppo transitions? I assume given his system that there remained some but they stopped enough and then scored enough to win most of their games??

We did go through a couple of windows without buying anyone, so the club was a bit short then.
Do you feel there are more incoming.
There was no one out there that could improve us , the club was right to sign no one

I hope not, we've just won the best run club award , I'm desperate for us to retain that next year and that won't happen with frivolous spending

There is always someone out there, just if you are prepared to get them
But yes as for the award, have they booked the open top bus from the town Hall, a monumental occasion deserves it, and then people can wave at the chairman.
