Big fella starting again tonight against Socieadad
He works like fuck.
Has drawn three fouls because of his physicality but Espanyol not great and Real Sociedad the better side.
How was that not a foul. Veliz looks a handful. He’s an aggressive big lad.

The ball across was a bit poor and he had to adjust his run/speed which then imbalanced him a bit for the shot, great running to get into position though.

I think there's a player in him. Lankshear and Veliz could be a good tandem strike force in years to come.
Looks a lump and decent hold up player but nothing about him screams elite level CF.
He needs a season playing 30-40 senior games. He came to us straight from Argentina and has basically done nothing since. Last season was mostly a waste for him. He’s a kid that needs games.
He looked alright against Atlético Madrid yesterday. Espanyol are woeful but he was in the right spots, had a decent headed shot on goal, and even set up a chance for a teammate, which they missed. He’s big, strong and fast, and works hard. A lot to potentially like if he takes his chances at Espanyol.
