Paul O kieffe so pinch of salt as while he clearly does have connections with the club (always has the team news) it’s still just his source.

From what he has heard we didn’t get Eze not due to the fee but the wages and we don’t want to pay over £150k going forward so it’s obviously going to be young players. They want investment so are fattening the goose.

All sounds fairly likely. We know our wages to turnover ratio will be really low just looking at the players we’ve let go, so that’s hardly news however. But what it does mean is we have loads of wiggle room to spend on wages.

Pure delusion.

That isn't how clubs going for titles operate. I think Ange realises now he's at a club who just won't go for it, he can't come out and publicly slate the club, but no way on earth he is happy with our window, if he is he's an idiot.
So you are another clown who thinks Ange is lying?
Somebody is deluded and idiotic and it ain't Ange.

Yes its O'Keefe but it checks out. The drop in the wage bill of £30m+ in the calender year. The sudden interest in buying 18 and 19 year olds and noticeably Son is in the last year of his contract and not a word, probably our last player on upwards of £150k p/w. They might extend by a year to try and sell him next summer but get the feeling him, Bissouma, Bentancur as well as Davies, Werner and Forster out of contract will be the next top earners out the door. Romero even a possible.

Its smart business, you dont want to be lumbered with players on big wages that don't work out like ndombele and then you can't shift them. Look at utd.

He would rather reward those who have proven they can play at this level.

You can't quite seem to grasp it can you.

I doubt Ange is happy with the window, because it's logical and applying common sense would indicate that he wanted better players in.

I find it very hard to believe any top 6 manager would be happy with Gray, Wilson and Solanke.

He mentioned many times last season that he wanted to stregthen our attack especially out wide and we bring in a teenager? Do you think City, Woolwich, Liverpool or United operate this way?

He can say publicly about how he wanted Wilson all summer, again I find that hard to believe. I am sure Wilson was on the list, but quite far down the list. Of course he is going to big up all his signings now because they've been brought in, because he wants them all feeling confident and his job rests on them delivering for him.

What do you expect Ange to say? Do you think it's completely impossible that Ange is dissapointed in the summer window? Is it really that hard to fathom? Just because he is saying positive things in public it doesn't mean that is how he truly feels. It is quite obvious to any rational person that our window was at worst a failure, and at best underwhelming. Two teenagers who aren't going to deliver for at least a season or two is not what Ange would have wanted. He clearly wanted players of the ilk of Neto and Eze.

You seem like you aren't the sharpest tool in the box, but I am sure you can figure it out.

It does set you up well for a takeover.

It's a very attractive proposition for an investor that wants to come in and win things. So much headroom on PSR and a decent core of young players.

Someone could come in and comfortably drop 200-300m over a couple of windows and put a title winning team together.

TLDR
You are saying that Ange is lying.
And the only tool in this discussion is not me.

How in christs name is Osimhen ending up at Galatasaray on loan for the season, has to be comfortably the best player still well within their peak years I've ever heard of going out there, even on loan. Suppose if there's a clause that allows the loan to come to an early end if another club wants to sign him permanently in Jan at least it keeps him fit, I know the situation had become untenable for him with the fans there, maybe that has been an eyebrow-raiser for potential suitors as well?

why has he been cast out? he was meant to be hot property.

Honestly it's hard to suss it out but suffice to say Italy has not been the friendliest of environments for players of colour, I know there was some obscenely offensive post put out on twitter last season that had racial undertones iirc and he unfollowed them on socials and took the club badge off his page.
Not to mention even without bringing race into it Italian fans are fucking nutters, there's a story about their ultras stealing the steering wheel out of Spalettis fiat panda early into his tenure with a banner on display saying "well give you back your car as soon as you agree to leave". Yeah, the same guy to win them their first trophy since Maradona was still pulling on their shirt. They make us lot on here look like a bunch of thoroughly well adjusted chaps I tell you.

Worth noting he still got 15 in 25 in the league last season, even with all the madness going on and Napoli themselves playing poorly. Make no mistake I think he will get obscene numbers in Turkey if he does indeed go there and remain there for the season.
