He didn't turn me against him with that but I agree he made a tit of himself. We had just lost what 4 straight games or something with a whimper and he only got mad when some fans wanted us to lose that game when our season was already over, it was very strange. But I think that was the moment he lost faith in the project and the club and he's going through the motions now.

We were never in control of the game today, outside the first 15 minutes , maybe.

If you don't know the script by now, you aren't paying attention.

Conte did but then he's a winner first and foremost and could see that our entire club from Levy to half the fans have zero ambition

That's why we are so polarized as a fan base some are happy just to play pretty football and make the top four that is their ceiling, loads of them on here. This club isnt a big club but it pretends to be one

Arnt paying attention?

Last year we were awful at conceding chances, being hit on the counter, conceding 3 very poor goals.

I didn't think we were half as bad today. Woolwich knew they were in a game today and it could have been very different.

A very poor goal conceded from a corner separated the two sides today which is on Ange and his coaching staff.

We'd be comfortably top 3 with Conte and this squad.

You hire someone like Conte and give him Doherty, Sanchez, Emerson and Sess to work with. Incredible.

Conte has been earning millions for a while so can walk no problem, this is anges first job making some serious cash. he wont walk

That's the thing. If you're well-drilled, have a plan and execute it, you don't have to work hard to win. That's what the plan is for. If you just have belief and conviction with a plan of "just go out and play", then you're always going to have to work much harder than your opponents.

As true as it is for football, it's true for many things.

What I find odd bout the evAngelists is they seem to think other teams will sit back and let us enact this style on them with no response whatsoever. Top managers and coaches will look at what you're doing, try and work you out, and act accordingly. The other teams always have an agency of their own and in this league they usually have quite good players.
