Forster is rudimentary in possession, knows he's rudimentary in possession, and plays accordingly, to the maximum of his abilities within the confines of the manager's system.

God fucking knows what Hugo would do any time the ball came into his feet.

And that's to say nothing of the dressing room politics of having the former captain sulking as a backup.

Easy decision.

I've been a Hugo fan his whole time here, but it's over.

Ange Postecoglou says Tottenham player he's not used yet in the league has been 'unbelievable'

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has praised the attitude of goalkeeper Fraser Forster ahead of today's Sheffield United clash

However, Postecoglou has praised Forster, admitting he has been ‘unbelievable’ in training and pushing Vicario.

“Vic’s earned the right to be number one, his performances have been outstanding so if he continues in that manner, and having Fraser and Hugo there he’s going to make sure he is on it every day,” Postecoglou said.

“Fraser has been unbelievable, the way he’s been training and he was unlucky in the Fulham game. He had a good game there. That’s what I want and that’s what they want. They want to be pushed every day to be the best they can be.”
 
Just hope we don’t get to a penalty shootout and he’s between the sticks may as well put a traffic cone in it would have more chance of saving a pen.
 
Putting him in goal will stop all this set piece bollocks. Fucking fed up with vicario now especially on set pieces. Teams won't be doing the same thing on corners with forster I guarantee it.

What's the point in having four goalkeepers when two of them never play? What's the point of Whiteman and Austin? I doubt they're any good....just curious why we have four goalkeepers and none of them are top class.

Are Whiteman and Austin friends of the owners or something? Has it ever been explained? They're no bloody good so why have them?

Probably for the home grown quota in the squad
 
Should never play for us again, start Vicario in all games besides the easiest UEL ones. If Brandon Austin isn't already better than him then he will never make it at a professional level and should be sold.
 
This is the guy that we are relying on coming into the team should Vicario get an injury

This is the guy that's providing Vicario with competition and pushing him to improve and make sure he doesn't become complacent

Enic run this club with all the professionalism of a fruit and veg stall down the market
