No idea what direction we go in if we do get rid of Postecoglou. No doubt whoever we got would need a couple of transfer windows to make the team "theirs" (all too fucking familiar).

Can't say I'm a fan of going back to counter-attacking football but something has got to change, whether it's under Ange or not. We're far too easy to play against. Completely clueless in the final third, it's almost like our players aren't coached whatsoever. Defensively, I think we've got better players than we did under Conte/Mourinho, but the system we currently play just doesn't do them any favours.

We're an absolute laughing stock of a club and ultimately ENIC are to blame. Great property developers, absolutely atrocious at dealing with football matters.

Yeah but unfortunately you don't miraculously win trophies by clicking your fingers and saying, "butbutbut we're in our longest trophy drought ever".

So what's the plan? You either commit to a rebuild like under Postecoglou or you hand a win-now manager a squad unlikely ready to win anything now.
I can see lots of valid reasons to not make a change, but not many reasons which are actively pro-Postecoglou specifically.

McKenna, McKenna, McKenna - it's really not that complicated.

Get him before someone else does.

Not some Italian or Portuguese or Spanish manager and certainly not anyone that's been sacked by Chelsea!

BUT I'm still hoping Ange can start picking up some good results.

Still dreading it will be Southgate.

Can see him easily sweet talking levy with his media savvyness and gift of the gab. Levy will be all giddy at getting the last England manager despite him being an awful coach. He’ll tell levy he’ll play the youth etc.

We really need him in a new job asap!

Southgate would make Nuno seem great. Trouble is he is a nice guy or great actor so he would be allowed to get away with a lot more. I still think we wouldn’t be there is at least a few percent chance and that is just much.

I wanted Carrick before Ange and IF we are to sack him (looks very likely to me), then I still want Carrick.

And it’s even worse than Nuno!

He’s doing well at Forest now!
I thought he was an abysmal appointment at Spurs and I remember having a melting moment (kinda similar feelings to Postecoglou appointment) when he was announced, but it’s nice to see him having found his level and doing well.

Don’t know what’s the general view on Forest between Spurs fans but I’ve always seen them as that "legendary" club that won two back to back European cups.

I live about 30 minutes from Nottingham so they are sort of my second club if there is such a thing similar to the 70s when I lived near Leicester

I’ve always been an admirer of Cloughie and thought that he worked miracles at both Derby and Forest but not at Leeds clearly!

The best manager England never appointed!
