Might as well make this thread a sticky as well be needing it again in 24 months
I don't have any footballing qualifications, but if watching football for over 50 years has taught me one thing, sacking a manager a year is a dreadful way to run a club, and success has always been earned through continuity and allowing a manager to stay and impose his methodology.
