We've had some atrocious performances this season. I have been surprised that Ange hasn't lost the dressing room. He obviously has deep respect and belief among the squad even if they don't always know how convert that into consistency. I'm talking about a consistent 90 minutes let alone a string of games.
Our performances have been consistently good all season, the only exception being Palace and 2nd half vs Brighton (our 1st half being one of our best). (I’m taking out an EL games as these are hard to judge based on oppo and our very young inexperienced team we are using).

And I remembered during our loss to Brighton, huge group of people were slamming Ange for having no reactions in making changes. He now made the changes at 55th minute at 1-1, people went mad again and we went on to win 4-1.
:adewtf:

This game was won due to mode/tone we played by in the first half.

If Ange is smart he'll use that as a template, henceforth,

That way he gives himself a chance.

Up to him.

Well done today, tho.
He has made it clear that he prepares the players during the week then it's up to them to perform on the day, he is not a tweaker, massaging here and there it's the players that do the job on game day not him, the group is building together and will get stronger in time

I think the players realise that when we crap the bed they're more to blame than him.

He has given them a platform to succeed, they clearly love the style of play, its just a lack of maturity, consistency and accountability that undoes us at times, that gets better over time.

I dont think the guy has ever lost a dressing room wherever he has managed.
