Match Blood Money Cheats v Spurs - 23 Nov @ 17:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

here's a couple of Qs for you guys -

1. would you take a draw?
2. is Thursday vs Roma a more important game?

Anybody involved in football would take a draw.

Home games you win.
Away games you don’t lose. It’s that simple.

Thursday.
No. It’s less important than the league. It’s not even December.
We will rotate and play some of our “second” string. Tells you all you need to know.

Roma is less important simply because we only need to make top 8 in Europe so as long as we are on track then we will continue to rotate in EL. I can only see us going full strenght towards the end if top 8 doesn't look secure.

I imagine we'll be going full strenght in EL come the KO stages and rotating more in the league then, especially if we are not in the top 4 race.

True.

Managers are being looked at/sounded out.

I am not interested in tomorrow. The result is so obvious.

It's the games that immediately follow that will determine Postecoglou's future.
it shouldnt be seen as a free hit we are 10th and they have lost 4 on the bounce with huge players missing.

we could be 13th after this! with 3 tough games following...that is not good enough.

Think tomorrow could still spin those wheels if the team lose by three or more though. An AVB 6-0 isn't going to pass away quietly. Quite the opposite. "Sack him now" would be everywhere - even for 3-0 I reckon.

It's likely to be a defence that plays into that narrative too. I still have a hunch Spurs get a draw though.

yea a battering adds fuel to the fire. especially after there being rumours about players not liking him etc.

I think we are in for a right battering tomorrow.

Pep new deal celebration, both our CBs injured, City players back into the team. Perfect storm.

I think we are fucked.

For the first time in ages I won't be watching at all.

The Ange out brigade will be rubbing their hands in delight at the thought of another loss here. They can't wait.

What a bizarre comment. Shouldn't Ange get a result if he's so good?

Ange only has himself to blame to be in this position. You make out like it's the fans who are responsible and not Ange.

Let's be honest, the season so far has been garbage. Ange is under pressure because of games like Ipswich and Palace.

You can't blame fans for wanting a manager out if he keeps losing games.

Eugh. Didn’t realise he’s extended.

Must be very confident that they won’t receive any penalty.
I think that they are going to try and spin a narrative no matter the result. They are already working on a new documentary that is bound to cover all of this.

If they get punished Pep will look like such a good guy staying with them when they get "unjustly punished" or something like that.

And the extension is only for a year so he can do one season in whichever league that they end up in and walk with his head held high.

So no Rodri or his replacement Kovacic. De Bruyne still not fully fit.

They can be got at and we will get chances. Another high-scoring draw wouldn't surprise me.

We seem to be their kryptonite.
