Nothing surprises me with this club. Especially with the fact that Solanke has missed like 3 games in two seasons with Bournemouth and has already exceeded that in a third of our season.

Well that's certainly much more discussion-worthy than what you said before, I'll accept that as a valid starting point for conversation at least.
We’re in a real funk at the moment, both on and off the pitch.
We desperately need our injury problems to ease up and get some more bodies back.
We could also do with a bit more consistency in our performances and results too.

I'm normally pretty positive and 'glass half full' when it comes to us, I guess the only reason I'm feeling a bit down right now is that poor performances have been getting more frequent. In my opinion (others may disagree), we deserved far more points than we had by the end of September - for me, our performances deserved to beat Newcastle and Leicester, and get at least a point against Woolwich. Since then, it's not just that we've dropped points, it's that we've fully deserved to drop points - Palace, Ipswich, Fulham, all really poor performances. Statistically (for me anyway) we couldnt' go on playing that well and not winning, so something had to give. Unfortunately, it's the performances that have changed, not the results.
That said, I do absolutely wish everyone would cheer up, me included. Is there some kind of positive spin we can put on this week? Well, a win on Thursday night would give us 7 points from the last 3 games, and if offered that before the Man City game we'd all have bitten your hand off for it! I know that sounds like rose-tinted glasses, but seriously, win on Thursday, 7 points from last 9, and head into the Christmas period feeling more positive - COYS!
